Freequency Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

Freequency respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and how users can manage or delete their account.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when you create or use a Freequency account:

We do not collect precise GPS location unless the app clearly asks for location permission and you choose to allow it.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

3. Tracking and Advertising

Freequency does not require users to allow tracking to use the app.

Freequency does not offer extra points, rewards, wireless benefits, or app functionality in exchange for allowing tracking.

Freequency does not use Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt to gate features, unlock rewards, or require permission before users can access the app.

If tracking technologies are ever added in the future, Freequency will request permission where required by Apple and applicable law, and users will be able to decline without losing access to core app functionality.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We may use trusted third-party providers to help operate the app, including hosting, analytics, diagnostics, fraud prevention, email delivery, customer support, wireless benefit administration, and rewards processing.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to Freequency. We do not sell user personal information.

5. Rewards and Wireless Benefits

Freequency points are used only for eligible Freequency rewards or participating wireless benefits where available. Points are not cash, have no cash value, and are subject to program rules, eligibility, fraud prevention review, and availability.

Apple is not a sponsor of, or responsible for, Freequency rewards, points, wireless benefits, referrals, or promotions.

6. Data Retention

We keep user information only as long as needed to provide the app, manage rewards, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, provide support, and comply with legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory obligations.

Some reward, transaction, fraud-prevention, and account records may be retained when legally or operationally required.

7. Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion inside the Freequency app by going to:

Account Settings → Privacy & Account → Delete Account

When an account is deleted, Freequency will delete or anonymize personal information that is not required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

8. User Choices

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect user information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to protect user data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
